Communications Manager
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Communications
Supervises: Graphic Design Coordinator
Status: Exempt

The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and managing the communications and marketing strategies in support of the marketing and communications of Mid-America Arts Alliance. As a member of the marketing and communications team, this individual is responsible for contributing to the implementation, evaluation, and analysis of the organizationís communications efforts and tools.

Grant Writer
Reports to: Director of Development
Supervises: N/A
Status: Full-time, exempt

M-AAA seeks an experienced Grant Writer to diversify and expand the fund development of the organization. The successful candidate will ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals and reports; perform prospect research on new funding opportunities; and work with program and executive staff to advance the programs within the vision and strategic plan of Mid-America Arts Alliance.
