GRANT PROGRAMS AND RESOURCES

Mid-America Arts Alliance’s grant programs support the presentation of artists, presenters, and touring artists across our region. Working in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts and each of the state arts agencies in our region, M-AAA offers grants to performing arts Presenters in two categories:

• Artistic Innovations Grant Program: underwrites the direct expenses related to the art-making process and premier of new endeavors.
• Professional Development Support Grant Program: offsets expenses incurred when attending key meetings, conferences, master classes, and other professional development workshops.
  
• Regional Touring Program (RTP): provides financial support for nonprofit presenters who hire artists listed on the M-AAA Artists’ Registry or any of the regional state arts agency touring rosters.

M-AAA ARTISTS' REGISTRY

The Mid-America Arts Alliance region is home to many talented performing artists. Organizations who book artists listed on the region’s state arts agency registries and rosters are eligible for underwriting for those artists' activities through the Regional Touring Program (RTP) grant. Presenters are urged to search the M-AAA Artists’ Registry or any of the following state agency registries and rosters for performing artists that might fit their programming needs.

• Arkansas Artist Registry
• Missouri Touring Performers
• Nebraska Touring Program Roster
  
• Oklahoma Performing Artist Roster
• Texas Touring Roster
