Now accepting proposals for FY2020; projects occurring between July 1, 2019 and June 30, 2020

Artistic Innovations grants support artists and organizations in the creation of innovative new artworks throughout the M-AAA region of Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas. Artist Calder Kamin (pictured above) received a grant for FY19 (July 1, 2018–June 30, 2019) and wrote this in a kind note of thanks:

“Thank you for your generous support for my project. My aim is to bring engaging and thought-provoking art to all audiences in our region. You have validated my time and hard work (I have never worked harder in my life). My wish is this exhibition will foster the next generation of artists and environmental stewards, plus more opportunities!”

Engagement through feature presentation and outreach includes but is not limited to performance, publication, lecture/demonstration, exhibition, master class and/or workshop.
