M-AAA seeks leaders in the arts field to serve as panelists for Artistic Innovations grant selection
Artistic Innovations grants support the creation of innovative new work by artists working in M-AAA’s region (Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas). Designed to encourage experimentation and collaboration, Artistic Innovations grants of up to $15,000 are available to artists and nonprofits working in all disciplines. Priority is given to new work that can tour or be replicated.
Mid-America Arts Alliance is searching for leaders in the arts field to serve as panelists for the Artistic Innovations grant program. Review of materials followed by a review panel meeting takes place in April. The panel meeting will be held in a web-based format (via phone and computer). Panelists are not expected to travel; however, each panelist must be able to commit to independent review and evaluation of proposals in advance of the panel meeting, and up to 3-hours of discussion by conference call.
