Frida Kahlo’s Garden is an NEH on the Road traveling exhibition.

This exhibition preview will feature a selection of interactive materials, including a timeline, video, and a magnet station to experiment with your own plant/animal hybrids, as inspired by Kahlo’s work Portrait of Luther Burbank, 1931. The Frida Kahlo’s Garden preview will be on view for First Friday September 7 from 6:00–8:00 p.m. in M-AAA’s downstairs convening space. A more complete version of the exhibition will be supplemented with works in M-AAA’s Culture Lab gallery for First Friday October 5. Gallery hours for First Friday and by appointment only.
