Located in the heart of Kansas City’s vibrant Crossroads Arts District, this initiative showcases eight incredible KC artists on double-sided billboards at 125 Southwest Blvd.

Charlotte Street recently announced in a press release that from April 2025 to March 2026, these artboards will explore themes of memory, identity, and transformation through stunning works by:

Jackson Daughety

Adrienne Hoard
Nora Snyder
Kati Toivanen
Casey Whittier, Andrew Castañeda, Erin Conyers
Yulie Urano

The Crossroads Artboards have been featuring the work of Kansas City-area artists since 2008.

The call for proposals opens each fall with the next application opening fall 2025.

Artists are chosen through a competitive jury process and receive artist fees of $1,000 each. Artists must live within the five county Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area (Jackson, Platte, and Clay counties in Missouri and Johnson and Wyandotte counties in Kansas).
