Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation’s On Screen/In Person program is designed to bring independent film and communities together by match-making American filmmakers with presenters from across the mid-Atlantic region.

Selected filmmakers receive touring funds for travel, a $400 stipend for each engagement, and countless opportunities to connect with new audiences. Animation, experimental, documentary, narrative, and collections of short films on any subject are accepted for consideration.
