Special Grants for Folk Alliance Conference Attendees
Mid-America Arts Alliance is proud to partner with Folk Alliance International to provide support for presenters attending the Folk Alliance International conference February 15-19, 2017.
Folk Alliance International’s annual conference is the largest gathering for the folk music industry and community, gathering 2,500 delegates from twenty countries and gathering an incredibly diverse range of the world’s top folk talent. To view official showcase artists, click here.
As part of this partnership, FAI will provide a waived $500 registration for first-time presenter attendees and discounts for returning presenters. If interested, contact Alex Mallett at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In support, M-AAA will offer travel grants for presenters or venue representatives from our region (Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and Texas) who are attendees. To apply for M-AAA’s travel grant, complete the Folk Alliance International Conference Travel Grant form. Please note: you must be registered for the conference and travel more than 50 miles one way to be eligible for grant support.
