Artist INC Kansas City – Applications Open
April 14 - June 9
Are you a painter, poet, photographer, performer (really, we welcome artists of any discipline) who is looking for help on how to set goals for your arts practice? Maybe you need help writing about your work for your artist statement or to pursue a grant or residency? Or perhaps you need some solid tips on how to build your personal and professional brands?
You’ve landed in the right place.
Applications for Artist INC Kansas City will be open April 14 through June 9, 2025, for fall sessions.
Charlotte Street partners with M-AAA to deliver Artist INC Kansas City.
Sessions take place over the course of eight Tuesday evenings, from 6:00–9:00 p.m., September 2 to October 28, 2025. Sessions will be held at Charlotte Street, 3333 Wyoming, Kansas City, MO, 64111.
About Artist INC
Led by a team of five trained peer facilitators, and designed for up to 25 participants, Artist INC employs an innovative and rigorous 8-week class design, artists learn and grow together through artist facilitator mentoring, small group application activities, large group discussions and multi-media lectures. Participating artists learn business skills relevant to their art practice and apply those skills cooperatively with their peers.
