About the Houston Arts and Cultural Stabilization Grant
Was your arts organization impacted by COVID-19?
This opportunity may be right for you.
A $5 million investment of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds is now available to Houston’s arts and cultural organizations that were affected by COVID-19, thanks to Mayor Sylvester Turner and City Council. A collaboration between the Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs and Mid-America Arts Alliance is making this a reality.
Through grants of up to $100,000, the Houston Arts and Cultural Stabilization Grant Program will provide immediate and short-term financial assistance, all to assist the arts and cultural sector in a strong and equitable recovery.
The deadline to submit a grant application is 11:59 p.m., CT, Friday, June 30.
